My way of eating has been through a journey from my first pregnancy in 2011 to today. I have come to a place I never thought was possible for me. I am grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. I feel great and still LOVE to eat. Today, natural foods taste even yummier and I feel a difference eating processed foods very quickly. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, aches, pains, restless sleep, this may be something to consider. Ir took me a few years to fully take the leap but I highly recommend transitioning to losing old emotional eating crutches and thriving eating God-made foods.
